Pipeline Management
Genomics data analysis handled by expert bioinformatics scientists increases the overall cost and delays the discovery process. Stanome provides a list of pre-configured pipelines, evaluated on the model organisms, through the Pipeline Library. Functional classification of pipelines into Hubs drives the automation engine behind the pipeline selection process.
Project-based pipeline filtering and command editing options are provided through the pipeline selector and command builder tools. The intelligence behind the pipeline execution automatically connects references, data files, and annotations without user intervention.
User level controls help to add pipelines to favorites and restrict visibility from other users.
Stanome Apps.
Stanome applications (Apps.) are standalone tools that enable diverse downstream genomics analyses. The Apps' functionality ranges widely - from job comparisons to sample QC to sequence depth analysis to annotations and clinical interpretations.
Stanome Apps seamlessly communicate between different platform objects (example: Data Store, Jobs). The Apps work similar to the pipelines but are simpler to execute, need fewer inputs, run and produce results faster.
